From Consulting and Alternative Funding to Enrollment and Claim Support

Terence K. Flynn started with Professional Benefit Consultants in 2001 as Senior Account Executive. Mr. Flynn has over 25 years’ experience servicing some of the largest employers in Southern New Jersey. Prior to Professional Benefit Consultants, Mr. Flynn was the Marketing Manager for AtlantiCare Health Plans where his responsibilities included marketing and servicing large group accounts including:  The Trump Organization, Bally’s Casino Corporation, Caesars Casinos, Sands Casino, Hilton Casino, Absecon Mills, Lenox China, along with various municipalities including: The Cities of Atlantic City, Margate, Ventnor, Ocean City and The Atlantic County Schools Health Insurance Fund.

Along with his various corporate clients, Mr. Flynn has acted as insurance consultant for the City of Atlantic City, the Atlantic City Board of Education, the City of Ventnor, the City of Somers Point, the City of Longport, Egg Harbor City, Egg Harbor City BOE, Buena BOE and the City of Margate. This unique background of working on both the carrier side (AtlantiCare) as well as an independent consultant gives Mr. Flynn unmatched experience in servicing some of the largest group benefits programs in South Jersey along with national groups including: Miss America, Huntington Foam, The Lomax Corp and Brown Foreman. Mr. Flynn is licensed in Life and Health along with Property and Casualty Insurance.

Alicia "Ali" Petrilli has been employed with Professional Benefits Consultants (PBC) since 2006. Ali has several Associates degrees in the field of Science, Liberal Arts option in B.A., as well as Associates in Business Administration. She also completed her Bachelors degree from The Richard Stockton University majoring in the studies of Business Management. Ali also speaks fluent Spanish.

Ali's tasks include meeting with clients, servicing accounts, negotiating claims and processing eligibility enrollments and deletions. Ali's excellent customer service skills are one of the main reasons PBC maintains a 99% retention rate. She is a dedicated worker and is a great asset to PBC. Ali currently is licensed in both Life and Health Insurance.

Lynn Stadtmueller has been with Professional Benefit Consultants (PBC) since 2017.  Lynn has a background in retail and business management and has received many awards for her commitment to her clients while employed by Caesars Entertainment Corporation.  After receiving an Associates degree in Business Administration, Lynn was recruited by PBC for her optimal efforts and dedication to her clients. Lynn brings with her an exceptional work ethic and outstanding customer service skills.  Lynn is caring, empathetic and enjoys the opportunity to service our clients.  She is motivated to consistently meet deadlines and goals.  Lynn is an asset to our company and will continue to be an integral part of PBC’s success.  Lynn is currently licensed in both Life and Health Insurance.

Jack Flynn joined the PBC team in 2019. Jack brings an energy and a strong customer service background to PBC.

When Jack was just 12 years old he launched his own business: Flynn’s Bins. Jack filled a need in his hometown of Margate NJ by taking second homeowner’s trash out when they could not do it themselves.

This simple concept grew into such successful summer business over the years Jack had to bring his brother and some of his friends onboard to handle the servicing of clients.

Jack learned at a very young age that if you fill the needs and wants of the customers you will have a successful business with loyal customers. It’s this unique experience that will insure Jack’s continued success. While Jack was taking care of his customer’s he found time to graduate Rowan University with a major in Finance and minors in Accounting and Business Management. Jack is also licensed in Life, Health and Property and Causality.
